i'm sun burnt and down with a sore throat. nevertheless, i enjoyed the trip tremendously, soaking in God's marvelleous creation. the sea spans two-thirds of the earth's surface and I wonder why God made it so. there's so much hidden beauty underneath and i wish i could perfect my dive techniques so as to admire more of these underwater creatures and not disrupting their habitats.
fortunately for the four of us, our instrutor had a new videocam to test on us. so, watch out for this space. will upload some pics and video clips when he sends it to me. =)
thought of doing a little log here so that i won't forget what i saw. not my pics though, ripped it from the web.. just to mention a few:
1.
Dog faced puffer fishIt's a super cute fish and the front view looks exactly like a
dog. Even someone like shuhei calls it cute, so u can imagine.
2.
Bumphead parrotfishsaw it from afar. instructor said that the size of this species of fish can be so large to the extent that it can be mistaken for a diver.
3. Nudibranch
i held one of these in my hands to play with it! btw, i was the "official poker" of the trip. seems like i was always the one poking and touching everything that the instructor said it's ok to feel.
4.
Clown fish and sea anemoneplayed with the anemone too! it's hilarious each time as u brush a current and the fish will go into hidding.
