so ended up at provence again, carbo-loading on our favourite milk pan!
Then a 10+km run in preparation for mizuno run... mainly to try
the upslope at mt faber before proceeding to do interval training at queenstown stadium.
brand new asics shoes.. new balance shoes is getting old meaning we've
been running quite alot?!
