as of last sunday, this emotional roller coaster ride is driving me crazy- oscillating between one moment of happiness and extreme disappointment coupled with fear.
for a start, we were happy that we are co-owners of a brand new home and stunned by our prompt decision at the same time. this was followed by bombardment of doubting queries on the very day.
then on the second it was escalating discoveries of bad news which weren't disclosed fully to us by the agent (as he was obviously too keen to close the deal, and also our own ignorance).thought we might have to forfeit the booking fee and unit in view of all the bad news as we have to keep the long term in mind...
on the third day, we chose to stick to the decision and braving it together.
and today, on the forth day, i had a little glimpse of positive light shed on me as i confided in a colleague. the phrase on " Do not worry about tomorrow, for each day has enough troubles of its own" kept coming to me.
and just a while ago, a huge load of the burden is now lifted off our shoulders!
really thank God for that!
His word for me on the first 2 days of turmoil-
Psalm 105 " Give thanks to God.." really 2 days back, i was struggling so hard with it.
And today,
Psalm 136 " His love endures forever!"
words fall short to express how thankful i'm that this crisis is over.
