As ramen fans, we were very pleased that ieat blog has featured extensively on ramen. Other than tampopo, we have yet to come across any ramen that really captured our attention. With the variety of choices recommended, we decided to head down to Ramen Santouka @ Central. It was surely worth our trip! The charshu was thick and meaty which goes well with the chewy noodles, unlike those waffle thin charshu that we often find around. Soup was fantastic ,which happens to be my favorite part of eating ramen.

Xun ordered a shio ramen and tonkatsu set comprising of ramen and rice with tonkatsu (deep fried pork cutlet) which cost $22. Thought it was quite reasonable given that it was really yummy.
